Montblanc 1858 Automatic 126758
Reference 126758
The Montblanc 1858 line draws inspiration from the legendary Minerva professional watches of the 1920s and 1930s, designed for military use and exploration. By reinterpreting these historic models, Montblanc 1858 expresses the spirit of alpine hiking, embodying the modern trend of returning to nature. The Montblanc 1858 Automatic is one of the most authentically vintage-inspired timepieces, with a blue-themed dial, case and strap. The case features a fixed steel bezel finished in coordinated glossy blue ceramic, engraved with the four luminescent cardinal points. Housed in a 40mm stainless steel case with subtle curved lugs decorated with a polished and satin finish, the Montblanc 1858 Automatic timepiece reveals a Mont Blanc engraving on the caseback, in addition to that of a compass and two crossed pickaxes, elements that further emphasize the spirit of alpine explorations and the famous peak that inspired the founders of the Maison. The timepiece is embellished with a matching blue Sfumato calfskin strap with white stitching.
